Review Round Up: All Our Comic Book Reviews From The Past Week

Another busy week and another big batch of comics many of us are still catching up on. But, the team here at comicon HQ still managed to take a look at a good deal of new titles, as well as some from the previous week.

Here’s all those reviews for your consideration again now. Any reviews you agree with? Any you disagree with? After all, we’re all comic book fans who want great comic books. Usually we find them out, but ever now and again thresh the odd dud. This week, there was far more winners than losers, such as my take on Guillem March’s Karmen (Part 1) here, from Image Comics and out March 10th.

I also got the time to post an advance review of this week’s The Department of Truth #6 here and cast my critical eye over Second Coming: Only Begotten Son #2 from AHOY Comics here from my previous week’s pull list.

James Ferguson took the time to review Dark Horse’s Skulldigger & Skeleton Boy #6 here. Proving himself to be something of a hardcore web-head fan, he also posted reviews for the previous week’s The Amazing Spider-Man #60 here, Spider-Woman #9 here, and Miles Morales: Spider-Man #23 here. Showing he’s no slouch, James also found the time to review BOOM Studios’ Power Rangers #4 here.

Meanwhile or X-Men “X-Pert” Tony Thornley got stuck into New Mutants #16 here, Wolverine #10 here and X-Men #18 here.

He also looked at DC Future State title, Future State: Superman – House of El #1 here and Immortal Hulk: Flatline #1 here. What’s more, Tony managed to review Guardians of the Galaxy #11 here and M.O.D.O.K. Head Games #3 here.

Scott Redmond reviewed DC Digital First debut, The Next Batman: Second Son #1 here and Marvel’s Black Cat #3 here, as well as AWA Upshot’s Byte-Sized #3 here too.

Finally, Brendan M Allen reviewed AfterShock Comics’ We Live #5 here and Cesareo Garasa reviewed Hollow Heart #1 from Vault Comics here, rounding up all the reviews from the past week.

That’s quite a list of reviews. I bet there’s something in there you’ll like.
