Marvel have released a first look at Giant-Sized X-Men: Jean Grey and Emma Frost, the first in a series of one-shots regaling to readers important stories that inform and develop the new status quo the X-Men have forged for themselves on the island state if Krakoa.
First up is a focus on Jean Grey and Emma Frost by writer Johnathan Hickman and artist Russell Dauterman, with a set of black and white interiors. Both having been romantically involve with one Scott Summers, they have shown that they can work together, but not without the odd barbed catty comment thrown into the conversation for good measure. The one should be an interesting title to be sure and out February 26th from Marvel Comics, followed by Giant-Size X-Men: Magneto from the Hickman and Ben Oliver, and then April’s Giant-Size X-Men: Nightcrawler from Hickman and the legendary Alan Davis.
The first of five essential X-tales specially designed to showcase some of Marvel’s best artists! First up, Russell Dauterman, superstar artist of THOR and WAR OF THE REALMS! When Storm is in danger, it’s going to take two of the most powerful telepaths on Earth working together to make things right. Jean Grey and Emma Frost, together again for the good of Krakoa!
